Graduated as an architect in 1986 at the Technical University of Berlin, Mr. Grauel begins his career as project manager in a leading Berlin-based site management office BAL AG. Continuing successfully professional advancement in other renowned Architectural and Project Management companies like Schasler Architects and Werner Lehmann und Partners, he enhances his experience at the real-estate consultancy company Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as Viterra, MAB Deutschland and others.

The truly wide range of services provided by Mr. Grauel comprise beside project management also all kinds of services for real estate development consulting and project steering, commercial and technical project management, asset management, technical due diligence, project control, crisis management risk management and site management.

International experiences include beside Germany, countries like Georgia, Spain, Croatia, Finland, Russia and Ukraine.

Mr. Grauel is a Professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and commercial judge at the district court Berlin.



Mr. Beyer is one of the most experienced and probably one of the most conservative project managers in Germany.

He graduated engineer of architecture at the Technical University of Berlin in 1977 and started his architectural career already on international projects like Ministry of Finance in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and other Administrative buildings (Ministry of Economics in Berlin). His experiences as an architect and later from 1994 as a project manager span from hospitals (Auguste Viktoria Krankenhaus, Berlin and Parkklinik Weissensee, Berlin), cultural buildings (Berlinische Galerie, Museum of Modern Arts and Academy of Arts at Pariser Platz, Berlin), commercial and broadcasting buildings (Zollernhof, for the major German Television Broadcasting Companies ZDF in Berlin) to hotels (4 star Melia Berlin) and sports facilities.

The scope of services provided by Mr. Beyer apart from highest level of project management, comprise also plausibility checks and development consultancy, contract management and consulting for the placing of the construction works, development and implementation of a risk management tool and many others, of a very wide range of projects like office, hotel, retail and factory outlets, residential and recreation projects, with total investment volumes of over several billion Euros.



Mr. Lompa is as very experienced city-planner, specialised in the development of large scale urban projects.

His strengths are in creating planning processes under public planning law and project management of complex town planning projects. Since 2016 Mr. Lompa is instructor for public law at the University of Geislingen. Beside several large and complex inner city developments (factory outlet centre, shopping centre) the main focus currently is the development / extension of several smaller cities in the south and south-west of Germany (Munich, Tauberbischoffsheim, Sinsheim, but also Hannover and Duisburg).

Mr. Lompa has held many leading positions in different planning institutions, from private business to public offices. His experience comprise not only urban planning activity, but also traffic planning, financial expertise, location and feasibility analysis, planning and building law. His references are spread throughout Germany and in Europe.
